Main responsibilities
- You are recruiting in cooperation with the management Care your future team
- You will lead the IMC team at the Lindberg location in terms of expertise and personnel and actively support the development of the new unit.
- Together with the center management, the medical management and the interfaces, you develop sustainable processes, standards and structures
- You ensure a high quality of care, patient safety and professional monitoring care in everyday life
- You accompany employees, provide orientation, promote development and address feedback clearly and appreciatively
- You work clinically and keep an overview even in dynamic patient situations Profile:
- You are a qualified nurse in HF/FH and have proven leadership experience, ideally in the acute hospital, on an IMC, monitoring station or intensive care unit
- You must have completed NDK monitoring care or completed NDS HF intensive care
- You know complex patient situations, work structured and make decisions comprehensible
- You communicate clearly, bindingly and solution-oriented – even if telephone, alarm and service planning want attention at the same time
