• You lead, coach and develop your team (20-25 employees) to top performance.
• You control the production and delivery processes and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in production or supply chain in the food industry / FMCG, of which experience in management roles.
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): technical or commercial training (e.g. food technology, production technology, HF/FH or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge in production control, lean methods and basic knowledge in QM and GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and team support; pronounced process thinking and solution-oriented action.
• Readiness for 3 shifts and 4 shift work if needed
• in German (negotiation certain)
