- In this role, you will lead our IT Application Service Team both professionally and operationally and in terms of personnel.
- Together with your team you provide professional and reliable 1st and 2nd level support for our business applications
- System changes, releases and software adjustments are accompanied by structured tests and clean documentation
- The creation and maintenance of test cases, test scenarios and test data is also part of your versatile task area
- You analyze, document and track errors together with development and specialist areas up to a sustainable solution
- In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of our test standards, QA guidelines and test processes Profile:
