• We offer a wide range of standardised and individual insurance, legal protection and financial security in the area of credit and deposit. Your contribution
• You bear the operational responsibility for a team of about 15 employees in German-speaking Switzerland.
• You work with the team to achieve legal service goals and provide an excellent customer experience. You analyze, control and develop the team by consistently using data and promoting the use of new technologies.
• You promote the development of the legal service and employees across teams.
• You maintain a good network in the AXA as well as in the legal industry. Your skills and talents
• You have a degree in law and bring several years of insurance experience, ideally in the legal service of a legal expenses insurance.
• You are an empathetic and proven leader and able to maintain stakeholder management at a high level.
• You bring strong analytical skills as well as networked thinking, assertiveness, strong social skills and a safe presence.
• You have a high degree of initiative, motivation, communicative flair and the willingness to learn and test new things every day.
