Deputy Head of Care and Support / Team Leader 100%

Your tasks

• Personal and professional management of the care team for approx. 26 guests
• Shared responsibility for recruiting new employees
• Planning and leading team meetings and participating in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for organizing ward processes, implementing work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Leadership and control as well as participation as a team leader in nursing reports and nursing discussions.
• Shared responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
• Active participation in the further development of the care offerings in the company
• Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as day-to-day responsibility and caregiver
• Taking on tasks as a subject in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality

Your profile

• Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist FH/HF/DNII
• Possession of BAB is an advantage
• Professional and managerial experience in long-term care an advantage
• Professional experience working with people with dementia desired
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoy a variety of challenges
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
