The company also includes the brand workshops, a carrosserie department and a spare parts warehouse. Our small vehicle scheduling team is looking for a team leader in vehicle scheduling immediately or by agreement. Their tasks

• Managing vehicle management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Organization, management and continuous optimization of disposition processes in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Independent handling of the entire new car disposition (order, appointment monitoring, coordination until delivery)
• Coordination and communication with importers, suppliers and transport service providers
• Control of purchase and leasing contracts and invoicing of customer and dealer vehicles
• Maintenance and management of vehicle and customer data in the relevant systems incl. Connection in the sales portal
• Securing the vehicle documents, cooperation in inventories and support of the head of administration (deputy) Your profile
• Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry Several years of experience in vehicle disposition
• Initial leadership experience or strong interest in a leadership function
• Style-confident German in word and writing, other languages of advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
• High commitment, sense of responsibility and organisational talent
