Main responsibilities
- With the leadership of the team, you take responsibility for a successful cooperation and the further development of the products
- A significant part of your time you work hands-on, develop scalable features and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure a common technical and professional orientation in the team.
- Together with your team, you will use behavioral data and machine learning models to go beyond classic rule-based approaches and play content in an automated and personalized way.
- As a sparring partner for product owners, UX designers, data analysts, data scientists and software architects, you explain technical topics in such a way that they are also understandable outside of engineering.
- You advance topics within the team and beyond, keep stakeholders informed and make your team’s successes visible.
- As a link to the Head of Engineering, you bring decisions back to the team

- 5+ years: Cross-functional team leadership for editorial content personalization (frontend, backend, ML) in e-commerce
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Software Engineering / Data Science
