Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience: in fruit and vegetables
• Basic or continuing education: in sales/detailing

• You work independently, efficiently and precisely
• You’ll bring experience in leading and developing retail teams and be able to inspire and motivate employees
• You have completed the specialist management training or are motivated to complete it internally
• Through your networked thinking, goal-oriented and solution-oriented action is easy for you
• You are stress-tolerant and can assert yourself
• You have strong communication skills and are an organizational talent
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process
