Main responsibilities
- Leadership and support of a motivated team of 8 individual customer consultants

- Recognizing and exploiting the customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
- Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and living situation of the customer as well as within the segment-specific product range
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Cooperation in market development measures and performance of representative tasks Requirements
- Completed banking education with additional further training in banking or finance
- Several years of experience in the areas of credit advice (mortgage), investment advice and preventive counselling SAQ certification PKI desirable
- Leadership experience and motivation for the development of employees
- Enjoy customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels
