as of 01.02.2027 Our clinic is a musculoskeletal center consisting of the specialties of orthopaedics, traumatology and hand surgery. Hand surgery covers the full spectrum of advanced basic hand surgery and offers a versatile range of surgical and conservative treatment. Patients with degenerative, traumatic and functional diseases and injuries to the hand, wrist and peripheral nerves are treated. Through close cooperation with the specialist areas of orthopaedics and traumatology, our patients benefit from comprehensive interdisciplinary care. Direct applications are preferred, external recruitment offices are not treated as a priority. Here they engage
- as team leader of the secretariat incl. Conduct of employee meetings of two employees
- in the agenda management and appointment coordination incl. Service planning of the Chief Physician of Hand Surgery and OÄ and AÄ
- Organizing and managing the office hours
- In operational planning
- in writing of office hours and operations reports including electronic dispatch
- In handling the entire administration
- in the processing and triage of KISIM mailboxes
- as a telephone operator and contact person for internal and external bodies
Size
- have completed vocational training in the commercial sector with further training as medical and hospital secretary or medical practice assistant EFZ
- Have initial leadership experience
- take a few years of professional experience in a similar position
- have good PC knowledge, KISIM experience is beneficial
- write with stylish knowledge of German and master the medical terminology
