The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home. At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family environment with professional care.
Tasks
- Ensuring high-quality, needs-oriented care and care as well as residential security
- Management, promotion and evaluation of employees
- Responsibility for staff, holiday and service planning as well as the introduction of new employees
- Review of care quality and work performance as well as implementation of operational requirements and agreed goals
- Ensuring appreciative cooperation with residents, relatives and internal and external stakeholders
- Deputy site management of Regensdorf in professional, personnel and organizational matters
Profile
- Completed training as a dipl. Care specialist HF / dipl. Nursing professional HF
- At least seven years of professional experience as a dipl. Nursing professional
- at least three years of leadership experience
- Management experience is beneficial
- Enjoyment in the management, promotion and development of employees
- High level of technical, social and methodological competence
- Networked thinking, organisational skills and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods
- Enjoying interdisciplinary cooperation and helping to shape change processes
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
- Good IT knowledge and secure handling of MS Office
- Knowledge of Polypoint PEP is an advantage
