With the newly created area Strategy & Transformation, we want to take the Office for Computer Science to the next level. Think strategically, act pragmatically and implement change effectively – that is what this leadership function is all about. We are looking for a personality who gives orientation, empowers their team and drives change together with the various organizational units. You can expect a versatile management task with close exchange with the management, HR of the financial directorate and various specialist areas. Together with your team, you ensure that strategic projects become concrete changes that have an impact in everyday work. Your tasks:

• Establishment and management of the new division Strategy & Transformation as well as targeted further development of employees and cooperation in the team.
• Co-creation and further development of the Office of Informatics strategy, prioritization of strategic initiatives and translation of strategic goals into concrete transformation measures, the implementation of which you manage and ensure with your team.
• Head of the office-wide transformation committee as well as coordination and control of change projects up to their sustainable anchoring.
• Further develop organizational and governance structures, processes and responsibilities with the aim of improving collaboration, reducing complexity and reducing duplications.
• Control and support of measures for corporate, organizational, leadership and cultural development in close cooperation with HR of the Financial Directorate.
• Advising the office and management as well as coordinating with different stakeholders in order to jointly promote changes and make their progress and impact visible. Your profile:
• University degree in business administration, computer science, organizational development or a comparable field, supplemented by suitable further education in strategy, transformation or change management.
• Several years of profound experience in the management and successful implementation of complex transformation and organizational development projects.
• Leadership experience and the ability to promote employees, delegate responsibility meaningfully and achieve results together.
• Strategic understanding, coupled with strong implementation, pragmatic action and a clear focus on impact and results.
• Strength of communication, persuasion and the ability to bring different interests together and develop viable solutions even in the event of resistance.
• Partnership, structured and binding working methods and a good understanding of technical responsibilities and cooperation in complex organisations.
