Main responsibilities
- Advising and supporting line managers in all safety and security topics within the Coop Trading Formats (Coop City, JUMBO, IMPORT PARFUMERIE, CHRIST Watches & Jewelry, Interdiscount, Livique/Lumimart and Coop Pronto)
- Leading a team of security consultants: women in their own area of responsibility
- Coordination and assurance of the required controls at the point of sale/distribution centres of the area of responsibility.
- Planning and coordination of the Picett Service Participation in projects Requirements
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in one or more of the following areas: occupational safety and health protection (AS/GS), security, safety or fire protection
- Leadership-strong, independent and structured personality with a high level of personal responsibility, sovereign appearance and strong communication and consulting competence at all hierarchical levels
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of at least one other national language
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
- Experience and interest in the further development of safety standards, processes and prevention concepts
