- Leadership and further development of a regional sales team (5–6 employees)

- Complete studies in the field of engineering, business or comparable qualifications
- Multiannual experience in technical distribution or service distribution, ideal in industrial environment
- First experience in the leadership of employees or as deputy team management of advantage
- Very good understanding of sales processes, forecasting and opportunity management
- Structured, analytical and results-oriented working methods
- Embossed communication, enforcement and coaching skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- readiness to travel about 25–40 %, depending on region and customer structure
