  • Leadership and further development of a regional sales team (5–6 employees)

  • Complete studies in the field of engineering, business or comparable qualifications

  • First experience in the leadership of employees or as deputy team management of advantage
  • Very good understanding of sales processes, forecasting and opportunity management
  • Structured, analytical and results-oriented working methods
  • Embossed communication, enforcement and coaching skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
