- Leadership, Motivation and Support of a Small Cleaning Team
- Planning and organisation of daily operations
- Instruction and training of new staff
- Responsibility for materials, machinery and special equipment
- Implementation of glass windows and facade cleaning services
- Operation of lifting work platforms according to IPAF guidelines
- Construction, rough cleaning, fine cleaning and special cleaning
- Mechanical cleaning, coating and remediation of floor coverings
- Independent handling of demanding special orders
You bring that with you
- Building cleaner training EFZ beneficial
- Several years of experience in special cleaning
- Leadership experience as a team leader or foreman and a very reliable way of working
- Very good knowledge of German
- Criminal record and enforcement extract without registration
- Passport Cat B mandatory/ BE of benefit
- Valid IPAF operator ID (1b, 3a or 3b beneficial)

Ausbildung als Gebäudereiniger EFZ von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Spezialreinigung
Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter oder Vorarbeiter und eine sehr zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Eintragsfreier Strafregister- und Betreibungsauszug
Fahrausweis Kat. B zwingend/ BE von Vorteil
Gültiger IPAF-Bedienerausweis (1b, 3a oder 3b von Vorteil)
