Main responsibilities
- You lead a team of 10-15 employees and motivate them to do their best every day
- You keep an eye on the order situation and ensure that the right employees are deployed in the right place.
- You recognize potential, promote your employees and develop them into specialists
- In day-to-day business, you actively participate and ensure a smooth process even with high workloads
- Quality controls are part of your everyday life and ensure that the goods meet our quality requirements
- You ensure order in the camp and get involved where your team needs support Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ and ideally bring experience in the field of picking
- You have the forklift card in your pocket and use it safely in everyday work
- In German you are saddlefest – verbally and in writing
- You work reliably, accurately and structured and quickly find yourself in new tasks
