Would you like to play a key role in ensuring that only high-quality materials enter our switchgear factories for High Voltage Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB)?
As Team Leader Incoming Quality Control (IQC), you will lead a team of quality professionals and help shape our incoming inspection processes.

- Build strong relationships across the organization and strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and support quality professionals while ensuring effective succession planning.
- Ensure that measurement equipment is maintained, calibrated, and available for reliable inspection activities.
- Drive improvement initiatives together with production, logistics, R&D, sourcing, and other functions to achieve sustainable quality improvements.
- Your background To be successful in this role, you bring: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- More than five years of experience in quality management, project management, program management, or similar functions.
- Leadership experience or a strong interest in leading and developing people.
- Experience in quality management, manufacturing operations, lean principles, continuous improvement, and visual management.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
