Are you passionate about technology, leadership and continuous improvement? Then, at Belimo, take responsibility for an experienced maintenance team and ensure that our highly automated systems work perfectly around the clock (24h operation).

What will you do

• Personnel and technical management of the directly subordinate maintenance specialists (currently 15 persons)
• Responsible for the professional and timely execution of the reactive and preventive, cross-technology maintenance work
• Monitoring the quality, deadlines and services provided
• Execution of change and optimisation work
• Participation in projects relating to new plants and conversions of existing plants
• Ensure compliance with labour, health and safety standards and conduct relevant training
• Coordination and information exchange within maintenance as well as with our global maintenance organizations (USA and DE)

Who you are

• Eidg. Completion Head of Maintenance or Completion CAS Maintenance Management
• More than 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance of production/logistics facilities & corresponding experience in dealing with direct customer contact
• Several years of proven leadership experience in the field of maintenance, automation or mechatronics
• Experience with work at height and application of PSAgA
• High problem-solving ability & communicative expressive ability
• Service- and customer-oriented behavior with enthusiasm objectives
• German (min. C1) and English (min. B1)
