Introduction
You design what moves our everyday production: from assembly workstations to material feeders to shelving systems and material wagons. With CAD know-how and initiative, you develop well-thought-out workplace systems and take on exciting small projects.
Main responsibilities
- Construction and further development of workstation systems and operating facilities using CAD according to information/order of department, line or project managers
- Preparation of design drawings and risk assessments and participation in technical documentation in cooperation with the technical documentation team
- Planning and implementation of small projects as well as procurement of new workplace systems
- Calculation of weight loads and installation of materials and types in SAP
- Independent production and mechanical processing of workstation systems
- Selection of suitable machine and standard elements and coordination with suppliers
- Removal, removal and restart assistance
- Warehouse management and procurement of BOSCH components as well as compliance with occupational safety
Required expertise
- Basic technical training, e.g. as a constructor:in, polymechanic:in, automatic technician:in or metalworker:in
- Ideally, further education at RF level in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automation
- Mind. 3-year professional experience in profile system construction
- Mind. 3-year professional experienceCAD experience, ideally with Siemens NX
- Further education as a lean production expert and in project management is desired
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Own initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Communication strength, helpfulness and cross-cutting teamwork
