• Store Life: You coordinate the flow of goods, pitch in and, as “Captain”, are regularly the point of contact for the entire store.
• People Management: You conduct monthly coaching conversations (INDI), create staffing schedules and seek out the best talent for your team.
• Strategy: You analyze your metrics and plan the next big thing. Which sports will we promote next season? How will we further develop your team's skills?
• Business Ownership: P&L and KPI analyses are not abstract theory for you, but your daily tools. You run your department like your own business and make bold decisions for greater profitability.
