In this practical function, you take on the responsibility for a production team and at the same time actively participate in the development of demanding control and switchgear systems. yellowshark AG accompanies you personally and transparently throughout the entire application process. 02 Your task – Professional and personnel management of employees in the production and testing of electronic components Ensuring and further developing quality standards in manufacturing and testing – Self-contained construction, wiring and conversion of complex control and switchgear according to electrical scheme, disposition and technical specifications – Analysis of quality deviations and initiation and tracking of appropriate improvement measures Ensuring the timely, economical and qualitatively correct implementation of the handed over production orders – Coordination of open technical points with production, project management and engineering 03

04 Your profile – Completed basic technical training as electronic engineer EFZ, automatic engineer EFZ, automatic installer EFZ or electrical installer EFZ – Additional qualifications in the field of workshop management, project management or switchgear construction, for example with a Swiss certificate or at the level of HF, are a big plus. – Experience in switchgear construction, control construction or in the wiring of complex electrical systems – Leadership experience or personal and professional aptitude to lead a production team – Safe handling of electroschemas, technical documents and measuring and test equipment Experience in electrical and functional testing as well as in systematic troubleshooting Clear, binding and appreciative form of communication Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing 05 Worth knowing
