Your tasks

• You recruit various functions in the real estate industry as well as staff functions in cooperation with line managers
• You use various recruitment channels including active sourcing to find the right new employees
• You act as a professional:r sparring partner:in for the line
• You conduct the interviews independently and personally and assess the applicants especially according to the cultural fit
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• If necessary, you support HRBP in their recruitment processes

Your profile

• You have a basic commercial education and ideally a federal government. FA personnel specialist or similar training
• You bring experience in recruiting professionals
• You are familiar with social media channels (Linked-In, Kununu)
• You are digitally affine and have experience in handling HR instruments (experience in Workday is an advantage)
• You are a native German language and have good oral French skills
• You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-management
