This is the job - your main tasks
- You coordinate and manage demanding bid and tender processes in the public sector and ensure that opportunities become successful projects.
- You’ll be part of the sales team and help build new customer relationships and develop existing ones.
- You create, coordinate and take responsibility for offers and quality assurance for offers, contracts, framework contracts and other sales-relevant documents.
- You keep the threads between consulting, sales, legal and finance together and ensure a smooth process.
- You make a visible contribution to our growth and to the successful digitalization of Switzerland.

- bring a degree (bachelor or higher) from a college or university or will achieve it in the coming year.
- have already gained experience in sales support, bid management, back office or in a comparable function.

- Work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- have very good knowledge of German and English.
- are curious, want to learn new things and are interested in the topics of digitization, data & AI, cybersecurity and transformation.

- Knowledge of submissions on the supplier or supplier side.
- Experience in IT, transformation or consulting projects.
- A good understanding of tendering processes, deadlines and quality requirements.
