The Supply Chain Non-IT & CM Group is responsible for procurement, sales, product and process management, logistics, contract management and purchasing controlling and, with professional supplier management, creates the basis for quality, efficiency and attractive conditions within the Raiffeisen Group.

- You are responsible for the operational operation of e-service, online shop and supply chain and continuously develop processes, systems and structures
- You analyze key figures and data, identify optimization potential and derive suitable measures
Main responsibilities

- You ensure efficient ordering, delivery, billing and support processes and support customer and support requests
- You take over the procurement and management of printed matter, advertising materials and consumables
- You work closely with Raiffeisenbanks, suppliers, IT and internal departments and drive forward digitization and automation projects Requirements
- Completed training at bachelor level, as a purchasing specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, purchasing or business operations
- Very good SAP knowledge and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong data and analysis competence
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method as well as a high level of initiative and implementation strength
- Strength of communication and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
Additional details
- You work closely with Raiffeisenbanks, suppliers, IT and internal departments and drive forward digitization and automation projects
- Very good SAP knowledge and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong data and analysis competence
- Very good knowledge of German is required, further language skills in French or Italian are advantageous
