Main responsibilities
- Active participation as a host personality in the service
- Taking on various administrative tasks such as daily accounting, correspondence, ordering and time management
- Responsibility for the entire operational processes in the absence of the management
- Support in the management, training and operational planning of the team as well as promoting a motivating working atmosphere
- Planning and implementing sales promotion measures
- Professional management of reservations and guest feedback
- Compliance and control of operational hygiene and quality standards Requirements
- Several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry, ideally in a management position
Company and context
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Confident, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of contact with guests
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, even in hectic situations
- Knowledge of rostering, billing systems and hygiene standards is an advantage
