- As a trustworthy and competent specialist, you support our leaders in schools (school management, management, home service and technology) in all personnel-relevant issues and advise them in a practical and solution-oriented manner.

Main responsibilities
- As a trustworthy and competent specialist, you support our leaders in schools (school management, management, home service and technology) in all personnel-relevant issues and advise them in a practical and solution-oriented manner.
- They independently, professionally and responsibly carry out demanding, complex and sometimes escalated personnel cases and comply with the legal requirements and processes.
- They support the management department of school staff regarding controlling and are responsible for the smooth and efficient handling of HR processes of cantonal and municipal employment in various systems such as SAP SF, Aconso, PULS, workzone, swiss+, etc.
- They are actively involved in the team, are involved in working groups and HR projects and contribute to the further development of existing processes.
- You ensure a smooth flow of information in cooperation with other departments, the school office of the city of Zurich and the primary school office of the canton of Zurich.
- They lead the HR assistant and represent the management department of school staff in absentia, both internally and externally. Profile
- Completed basic commercial training with further training in the HR area at the federal level.
- Professional ID (HR specialist) and several years of experience in HR, preferably in public administration and/or with knowledge of primary school, as well as very good IT skills (MS Office, of advantage SAP SF, SAP HCM)
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative and supportive attitude towards colleagues and leaders
- Independent, structured and reliable working method with high flexibility, readiness and resilience
