With the growing focus of psychological research on large-scale data collection, multimodal data sources, replication studies and open science practices, robust, sustainable data management is becoming a prerequisite. At the interface of psychology, data science and research integrity, the Lectureship Psychological Data Management and Stewardship supports precise, transparent and responsible data management.

Tasks

For short-term support of research and conceptual work (period November - December 2026), we are looking for a student assistant with an interest in getting involved in this topic.

• Research on topics of research data management, data stewardship and open science, including review of guidelines of universities and research organizations and best practices
• Preparation, structuring and visualization of the search results

Profile

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. psychology, social sciences, data science, computer science)
• Interest in research methods, data management and open science
• Self-employed and careful working methods
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience with literature searches and scientific work is advantageous
