Your mission

As a working student in the IAZI Valuation Team, you play a crucial role in the successful collaboration with our customers. This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen communication skills and develop your organizational skills while contributing to our overall goals and mission. Become part of our dynamic team, based in Zurich, Lausanne and Goa, where creativity, curiosity and collaboration are the focus. Together we overcome challenges, celebrate successes and continually develop.

Specifically, you will work on the following topics

• Supporting our experts with valuation mandates
• Preparation and review of property data and documents
• (Telephone) customer contact to arrange viewing appointments
• Support in optimizing ongoing processes

Your tasks will evolve as we grow together.

Qualifications

This is what you bring with you

• Student at a university or technical college (from the 1st semester) preferably in the areas of architecture, business administration, economics or real estate
• Interested in real estate, property valuation and data management
• A high level of commitment and initiative
• Stylish oral and written language skills in German and French
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
