Development and data management
Job opening by agreement, indefinitely
Are you interested in promoting the digitalization of real estate management at the largest Swiss university? The Real Estate and Operation Directorate (DIB) manages, develops and operates the real estate portfolio of the University of Zurich (UZH) with over 250 properties in the Zurich area. The area "Development and Data Management" is responsible for strategic and operational Building Data Management. For the preparation and integration of plans and 3D models into WebGIS as well as the development of GIS applications, we are looking for a:n student: in geography, geoinformatics, data science, environmental engineering or comparable to very good GIS knowledge.
Tasks
- Preparation of plans and 3D models for integration into WebGIS
- Design and implementation of ETL processes between CAFM system, building plans and 3D models
- Collaboration in the development of various GIS applications for the DIB department
- Cooperation in the further development of the guidelines for building documentation
Profile
- Student: in Geography, Geoinformatics, Data Science, Environmental Engineering or comparable
- Very good knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS)
- Experience with data integration (FME) is an advantage
- Programming Knowledge of Advantage (Python)
- Independent, structured and initiative working method
