For our acute care unit we are looking for an immediate or by agreement Their tasks
- Assumption of delegated management tasks and deputy station management in their absence
- Close cooperation with the specialist nursing and active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Quality assurance and development of nursing services and services
- Integrated, modern care and care of patients within the framework of the reference person system
- Participation in recovery-oriented treatment and support of patients, relatives
- Co-responsible for the training of learners and students on the station
Your profile
- Recognized vocational training in the field of nursing specialist HF/FH (certificate of recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience with adults in the psychiatric acute field
- Strong professional, social and self-competence and a high resilience
- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
- High motivation, flexibility and the ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting working environment
