Main responsibilities
- Sie unterstützen die Leitung Pflege in der Umsetzung des Pflege-, Bildungs- und Praxisentwicklungsauftrages.
- Sie übernehmen Führungsverantwortung für definierte Mitarbeitende.
- Zudem beteiligen Sie sich aktiv an der Umsetzung von Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen.
- Sie sind Mitglied des Führungsteams.
- Das Koordinieren und Planen von Tages- und Schichtabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Patienten- und Familienbedürfnissen, qualitativen Aspekten so wie der zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen, gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie übernehmen die klinische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten.
