Role overview
The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-saving company.
It includes the EPI WohnWerk, the EPI Spitalschule, the Lengg High School, the donation Dapples, a seminar center with restaurant and the EPI Central Services.
In addition, the Swiss Epilepsie Foundation, together with another foundation, forms the body of the Lengg AG Clinic, a clinic for epilepsy and neurorehabilitation.

- Complex and demanding care of all non-medical services (hotel/catering) from our patients from entry to exit
- Advice, ordering and service of food and beverage selection in the room and in the group rooms according to medical regulations
Main responsibilities
- Complex and demanding care of all non-medical services (hotel/catering) from our patients from entry to exit
- Advice, ordering and service of food and beverage selection in the room and in the group rooms according to medical regulations
- Leading incoming calls and ensuring a consistent high standard
- Information about our diverse services in the hotel industry
- Regular working hours distributed by Mo. – So. between 7:00 – 19:30 At least two free weekends a month
- Monthly service planning one month in advance Requirements:
- Multiannual professional experience in the service area in the hotel industry / gastronomy compellingly, experience in health care of advantage
- High flexibility and willingness to accept services with commitment on weekends and holidays
- Very good oral German knowledge (min. level B2)
