- Provide structured portfolio insights, identify overlaps and risks, and act as the coordination point between global, segment, and market initiatives to ensure a “One Market / One Portfolio” approach.
- Deployment & ExecutionOversee planning and execution, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on‑time delivery.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field;
- Master’s preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Change Management certification (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent).
- 8+ years’ experience in project and change management, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and coaching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- English, French and German.
- Ability to balance global and local priorities, drive behavioral change, and deliver results through matrix teams.
