Are you motivated by the idea of supporting people in emergency situations on the phone and using your language skills every day? Do you keep a cool head even in hectic situations and keep the overview?

In this role, you will strengthen the Direct, Digital & Customer Care division at Zurich Switzerland in the area of SOS First Level and make an important contribution to our joint success. As a specialist in the SOS First Level department, you are the first contact person on the phone for our customers in an emergency situation: You answer calls from insured persons, partners and internal offices in different languages, organize immediate measures and coordinate support in various claims and emergencies. In addition, you take over the corresponding correspondence and ensure an efficient further processing of the cases.

This is what awaits you

• You take calls from insured persons, partners and internal offices in different languages and are their first point of contact in emergency situations.
• You organize immediate measures and coordinate support in various damage and emergencies.
• You carry out telephone and written correspondence with insured persons and partners.
• You will process follow-up orders and ensure efficient further processing of cases.
• You support the team in case of motor vehicle damage.

This sets you apart

• Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in a comparable customer service activity
• High customer, service and solution orientation as well as rapid understanding
• Flexibility in operational planning (Monday – Friday: early, medium and late shifts between 6:00 and 22:30)
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German (Swiss German) and fluent knowledge of Italian, supplemented by good knowledge of English, (French advantageous)
