Full description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist supervisor (FaBe) for 1:1 accompaniment of a middle school student in the ISR setting.
The assignment includes 16-17 weekly lessons (about 38%) and is spread over 3-4 days of the week during school hours (certainly Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, possibly still Monday). No use in school holidays. A possible increase in the workload depends on further clarifications (e.g. additional care needs in the nursery).
Tasks
- Support of the student in everyday school life in consultation with the school curative teacher and the class teachers
- If necessary, separate promotion for individual lessons in 1:1 (even outside the classroom)
- Promoting integration into the class community, taking into account individual needs
Profile
- Completed training as a specialist
- Experience working with middle school children is beneficial
- High social skills and an appreciative and sensitive approach to children
- Patience, resilience and the ability to act calmly and structured even in demanding situations
- Teamwork and enjoyment of constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Flexibility (the child does not need constant intensive 1:1 support)
- Very good oral knowledge of German (at least level C2)
