- Management of the insured and employer portal "myPKGR Processing of monthly pay interfaces
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments (incoming/outgoing services, purchases, WEF advance payments and pledges)
- Support for benefit cases in cooperation with our reinsurance
Main responsibilities
- Management of the insured and employer portal "myPKGR Processing of monthly pay interfaces
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments (incoming/outgoing services, purchases, WEF advance payments and pledges)
- Implementation of pension compensation in the event of divorce and processing of declarations of favourable treatment and civil partnership
- Planning and implementation of employer visits, information events, presentations and webinars
- Active participation in projects, the further development of our processes and digitalization Requirements
- Professional experience and further training in occupational provision (specialist for personnel provision with FA)
- Enjoy analysing complex questions and developing practical solutions
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as analytical and networked thinking High customer and service orientation
- Safe appearance and pleasure in representing the PKGR at employer visits, information events, presentations and webinars
- Knowledge of our management system SwissPension is an advantage
