The Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopedic clinics in Switzerland with an affiliated center for paraplegia.
We are looking for a task for our orthopedic ward with a focus on technical orthopedics by appointment: • Ensuring patient-oriented and professional care in all three shifts • Shared responsibility for achieving the ward goals in collaboration with the ward management • Nursing advice and support for the department's nurses • Conducting further training and case discussions • Continuous development and assurance of the quality of care in close collaboration with the head of care quality and development • Training new ones Employees In addition to your tasks as a nursing specialist, you will support the co-ward management in topics relating to the development of nursing quality.

Key requirements
