As a sales representative, your main task is to generate new B2B customers with outbound and inbound sales activities. Your target group: Employers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein who are looking for an innovative food or coffee solution for their employees.
Your responsibilities
Business development opportunities
- Identification of tendering opportunities for office catering in your respective market
- Use personal network to open up new business opportunities
- Use of cold acquisition and outbound techniques to increase demand for FELFEL services
Management of sales process
- Contacting interested parties for FELFEL services and managing the first contact point for incoming leads
- Transform inbound to experience FELFEL’s gastronomic experience through a tasting either on site at the customer’s premises or at the FELFEL offices
- Presentation of FELFEL service through a practical gastronomic experience that reflects service and value proposition
Negotiations & Conclusion
- Conducting contract negotiations that align the interests of customers with FELFEL’s business objectives
- Solution-oriented approach for partnerships
Your KPI's
- Good conversion metrics for your pipelines
- Number of completed deals
- Contract conclusion volume
What you bring
- About 0-2 years of experience in sales management, ideally in a related industry
- Good understanding of the Swiss market (B2B & consumer behaviour)
- Strong communication in German & English – French is a plus
- Negotiating and convincing in customer contact
- Fit in dealing with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- You recognize decision makers immediately and know how to address them correctly
- Detail-oriented and structured working method, also for administrative tasks
- Food is your passion! You bring exciting food stories – and the desire for more
- A driver’s license is required because you will spend up to 50% of your time at the customer’s site
- Non-smoker – we don’t want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
