Role overview
For our location at Limmatplatz with approx. 2,500 employees are looking for support for the operational management of the technical and infrastructural facility management for the assigned buildings and facilities.
In your new role, you are jointly responsible for trouble-free and economical operation, immediate problem solving and user support in everyday life.

- Operation & maintenance: implementation of monitoring and inspection work, organisation of maintenance as well as support for fault analysis and initiation of appropriate measures in coordination with specialist bodies and partners
- Active, independent organisation and implementation of infrastructure maintenance (cleaning, house maintenance, disposal, reception services, etc.)
Main responsibilities
- Operation & maintenance: implementation of monitoring and inspection work, organisation of maintenance as well as support for fault analysis and initiation of appropriate measures in coordination with specialist bodies and partners
- Active, independent organisation and implementation of infrastructure maintenance (cleaning, house maintenance, disposal, reception services, etc.)
- Order Management & Coordination: Processing of orders and user concerns, coordination of external service providers (offers, quality, acceptances, invoices) as well as order tracking and data maintenance in the operation and maintenance tool
- Building automation & documentation: operation and monitoring of GA/GLS, recording of meter readings as well as maintenance and updating of plant and building documentation incl. Preparation of simple technical documents

Company and context

- Several years of professional experience: in technical and infrastructural facility management ideally in the corporate environment
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the technical or infrastructure FM area
- Networked thinking and a basic understanding of connections between technical plants and FM processes
- Proactive personality with hands-on mentality and high customer and service orientation
- High independence and resilience in delicate/hectic situations
- Solid PC user knowledge (MS-Office 365, SAP) and willingness for occasional work assignments at irregular times
- Further education in the field of HLKKS-E, LFMM, safety and fire protection is advantageous German (flowing) Cosa of Friamo
