- Multiannual professional experience in the SHE field in an industrial company: Group experience and experience in the management of lateral teams of advantage
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): or completed studies of engineering, environmental sciences or a comparable course of study.

Main responsibilities
- You guide the field of environmental safety and the Migros industry's environmental management team, which acts as a decision-making body for environmental safety issues.
- In accordance with statutory regulations (GGBV, VeVA, StFV, GSchV, ChemV, LRV, emissions, environmental risks, chemical safety, special waste).
- You work closely with specialists from AS-GS, environmental safety and operational sustainability of Migros Industrie and the Migros Group.
- You are the contact point, advise and support Migros Industrie's companies on all issues relating to environmental safety.
- You support the SAP systems professionally.
Key requirements
- Multiannual professional experience in the SHE field in an industrial company: Group experience and experience in the management of lateral teams of advantage
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): or completed studies of engineering, environmental sciences or a comparable course of study.
- You know very well with the legal framework (Chemikalienrecht CH/EU, Dangerous Goods regulations, Special Waste, Environmental Protection Act, Air Purification Regulation, Water Protection Act, Environmental Risks, StFV, ISO14001).
- You bring a firmed personality with you and you stand confidently.
- You are highly resilient, have a strong ability to integrate and convince with your enforcing power.
- You communicate clearly and convincingly, can argue well and have experience in stakeholder management.
- You are ready to travel within Switzerland.
