Do you want to competently accompany people after an accident and ensure that they receive their insurance services reliably? Do you enjoy handling claims on your own responsibility and making a noticeable difference for our insured with your work?
In this role, you will strengthen Zurich Switzerland’s Claims Business Unit in Accident Insurance (UVG) at the Zurich-Oerlikon location or in Kriens. As a central contact person for insured persons, employers and other partners, you accompany accident cases from registration to completion. You check performance claims, coordinate payments and ensure efficient, customer-oriented claims processing.

- You check and process UVG damage cases on your own responsibility from registration to completion
- You assess insurance coverage and benefits claims based on the legal basis
- You coordinate daily allowance payments and the assumption of healing costs
- You support the insured, employer and other partners by phone and in writing
- You ensure efficient damage management and coordinate the necessary process steps
This sets you apart
- Basic commercial education or equivalent qualification completed
- Professional experience in UVG damage management or in the social security environment
- Good IT user knowledge and safe handling of digital work equipment
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
- Strong customer orientation, independent working methods and teamwork
