We are very much on Za(c)k. As a young subsidiary of the Basler Kantonalbank, we launched the first Swiss smartphone bank, Zak. This makes us a tick faster, smarter and perhaps even more cheeky than other banks. We also deal openly with the topic of money, in general we address topics that are important to us directly. Anamarija, Nina, Tobias and other colleagues from the Sales & Campaign Management team in Zurich and Basel are looking for reinforcements to get our campaigns to their destination. In other words, you!

Your new job

• Implementation of marketing and sales measures for our cooperation in close cooperation with internal specialist departments

• independent maintenance and updating of our internal and external marketing tools such as flyers, brochures, landing pages, training documents, intranet etc. as well as associated sales measures

• Coordination of necessary content, deadlines, releases and interfaces, as well as ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time

• Responsibility of shipping management, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of physical mailings

• Representation and support of those responsible for digital channels in implementations

• Performance of quality assurance test cases

• Preparation of evaluations and reporting as well as derivation of relevant findings

We benefit from this

• Training or further education in marketing, communication, sales, business administration or a similar field (bachelor or master)

• several years of professional experience in an operational role in the marketing, sales or operations environment
• Banking experience is beneficial

• Enjoy an operational role in which you organize, coordinate and implement things independently

• adept at using AI in everyday work and creating prompts

• Preparation of content, structuring information and supporting recurring tasks

• Structured and reliable working method – even if several topics run simultaneously

• very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. macros) is a prerequisite

• high affinity for digital tools, ideally first touch points with Confluence or comparable collaboration platforms and willingness to familiarize yourself with the bank’s CRM
