Full description
To strengthen our support team, we are looking for 1. December 2026 a qualified specialist 50% for a middle school regular school. They work for 3 days (Mo, Di, Do) during school operations, as well as for 3 to 5 hoarding weeks.
Tasks
- Care of children during lunchtime and leisure activities
- Co-responsibility of day-to-day operations in the hoard (pedagogy, household, general organisation, administration)
- Promoting children's strengths and independence
- Constructive cooperation interdisciplinary and with parents
- Participation in school development
Profile
- Diploma Social Pedagogue or EFZ FaBe
- Professional experience in caring for children in hoarding is an advantage
- Positive human image
- Strong sense of responsibility as well as a high level of self-reflection and networked thinking
- Flexibility and independence as well as a high level of team and communication skills
- Solution-oriented attitude and humor in daily work
- Readiness for interdisciplinary cooperation
