Full description
We are looking for a dynamic and committed personality who wants to take on the role of Stv. Teamlead in the “Sorting Logistics” team. With you as Stv. Teamleader: our employees are in the best hands and we continue to make it, every day approx. 5.5 million letters and shipments to process.
You can do that.
- Together with the team management, you will lead and develop a team of around 20 employees in sorting logistics.
- As part of a leadership duo or trio, you strengthen the exchange, cooperation and team cohesion.
- Together with your team, you ensure the high-quality processing of inconvenient and defective letters.
- You take on leadership tasks independently and represent the team leadership in absences.
- You accompany new employees during their training and help them to quickly find their way around the team and in their tasks.
You bring that with you
- You have completed a basic training EFZ, ideally in logistics, and have the leadership certificate or the willingness to catch up.
- Thanks to your experience in logistics, you know the requirements of an operational operation and want to develop further in a leadership role.
- Taking on responsibility is easy for you and you convince as an appreciative and reliable role model for your team.
- With your organizational talent, your planning strength and your good MS Office knowledge, you can also keep track of challenging situations.
- Very good oral German skills as well as the willingness to work in the permanent night shift (between 8 p.m. and 5 p.m., including regular Sunday assignments) round off your profile.
