Main responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end from initial idea to design, analysis, and implementation.
- Perform model training, evaluation, and deployment to solve business-critical problems.
- This includes exploration of new model architectures, augmenting existing training data, finding better evaluation methods and feedback signals, and identifying headroom opportunities.
- Understand production systems, visualize, monitor, and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and research in the field, working with our collaborators in Google Research and Deep Mind.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or specialization in another ML field.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
