Main responsibilities
- Your missions and responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany tenants in the fulfillment of daily life's actions
- Ensure the well-being of tenants, maintain self-reliance while respecting personal and social needs
- Identify the tenant's needs regarding the organisation of his daily life
- Propose and organize activities by encouraging the participation of tenants
- Observe and transmit to the social manager changes in the health of tenants and any changes in their situation
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the dining room, perform various administrative and stewardship tasks
- Ensure the security of the building and tenants.
- SWC (CFC-ESA) or training deemed equivalent
- Minimum three years of professional practice in the trade, especially in the organisation of animations Good knowledge of the Geneva care network Social and sense of contact Experience with or interest in the elderly
