Main responsibilities

- Deployment of new Smartphone models and recruitment management in our internal management tools (MDMs) Transition of physical SIM cards to Esim
- Support users in handling their new hardware
- Management of the restitution of old Qa smartphones and their reconfiguration, cleaning and labelling
- Drafting of articles for the knowledge base or documentation.
- Information technology CFC or equivalent training
- Minimum 1 year experience in user support and/or computer testing.
- Controlling Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 office tools
- Mobility throughout the Canton of Geneva and holder of the driving licence Writing experience
- Relationship skills and excellent sense of communication
