This function includes the independent execution management / construction management of civil engineering and track conversion works, including the project-related management of internal and external employees in construction sites with third parties.
Together with customers and partners, you are responsible for project preparation and coordination as well as scheduling of resources.
You will provide expert advice to project management in early stages (SIA 31-51) and help determine the construction process for the assigned plant parts.
This includes, among other things, contract negotiations and the drafting of the execution contracts.
As a construction manager: in / superstructure manager: in you continuously monitor the quality and safety of the work on the construction site and the services in the specialist area of roadway in terms of dates and costs.
You lead the planning and implementation of acceptances and take over the construction management or Superstructure management according to SIA 103.
