- As a member of the 6221 site Leadership Team (SLT) partners with local management to ensure the company`s dedication to ethical and legal conduct is upheld throughout the organization.
- This involves a contribution to the development of the compliance framework and foster a culture of integrity and ethical business practices, consistent with the Roche values and external requirements
- Promote Roche's comprehensive compliance management system.
- Fostering open communication and speak-up culture.
- Foster alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders from site leadership team and global compliance team to ensure the effective implementation of compliance initiatives, promote the sharing of successful strategies and effective procedures and establish clear accountabilities for specific topics within the partnership Additional tasks:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, initiatives, priorities and goals of the business
- Support analysis of general trends and compliance effectiveness.
- Support analysis of and report on divisional compliance status, using existing metrics and data
- Contribute to setting and simplification, harmonization and improvement of standards as appropriate (guidance, directives SOPs etc.)
- Establish and facilitate appropriate forums, processes, controls to fulfill accountabilities and provide the respective assurances to group compliance
