For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as a technical project manager: in access control systems. Ideally with readiness and potential for project management of large projects.
Your tasks
- In this challenging and versatile role, you take on the responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding projects – from planning to cost control to quality assurance. You work with a high degree of self-employment in an innovative company
- You manage access projects for a wide variety of door functions and our software solution dormakaba exos, based on order confirmations and service descriptions
- Overall coordination of all project participants, including internal specialist departments, external partners and customers – with a focus on close, solution-oriented cooperation
- Technical clarification of all relevant details with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Cost controlling and change management, including renegotiation for ongoing order adjustments
- Ensuring complete and high-quality technical documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements
- Organization and implementation of acceptance of equipment together with the customer to his fullest satisfaction
- Implementation of projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland
- Ideally or as a development step: holistic project management of large projects, construction projects in the GU/TU environment as well as complex IT special projects – using proven project management methods and modern tools for efficient coordination, communication and customer support
Your profile
- Completed technical training ideally in the electrotechnical field.
- Experience in project management, ideally with knowledge of methods such as IPMA, Hermes or PMI. Alternatively, the readiness for further training and/or practical further development, e.g. with the support of an external coaching program.
- Basic knowledge of business administration
- Experience in one or more of our industries: construction, building safety, fire protection, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as reliable knowledge of English in words and writing
- Readiness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland, driving licence
